- Scheduling appointments and meetings with the controller (on the controller's legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Retention:
- Data will be kept for no longer than needed to maintain the purpose of the processing, or while legal provisions require its custody. Once no longer necessary it will be deleted using appropriate measures.
- Disclosure:
- Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
- Rights:
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and lodging a complaint with the AEPD.
