We process the data you provide (name, contact and information of your request) in order to manage your appointment and communicate with you. The legal basis is your consent and the execution of the relationship prior to the provision of the service.
We do not transfer your data to third parties except for legal obligations or suppliers necessary for the service (for example, sending emails). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by writing to ligotatuajes@gmail.com.
By submitting the booking or contact form, you consent to LIGO processing your data for the purposes described in the privacy policy. For the tattoo procedure, a specific informed consent will also be signed on the day of the session.
Confirmation of an appointment requires the payment of a signal that is deducted from the final price of the tattoo. The sign covers the design time and the artist's agenda reservation.
Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to preserve the signal. No-shows or notices with less margin imply the loss of the signal. It is essential to be of legal age and present a valid identification document.
